As part of my full Harley Quinn costume, I made earrings with tooth shapes cut out of them. The earrings are rectangular and have tooth-shaped cutouts that were carefully designed to make sure they are strong and show attention to detail. There is a crown and charms in the full set, which you can see in my portfolio.
