This design is made for cosplay because it comes in different pieces that make it easy to turn into a costume. This lets you add magnets, Velcro, and other closures, making the design go from a 3D idea to a real-life cosplay outfit without any issues.

In order to make standards more useful, changes were made. For instance, modifications were made, such as the length and point of the topcap to prevent an awkward walking gait. The back heel shape was also changed to get rid of any pain of it cutting into the heel of the cosplayer. Some changes had to be made to make things work, but every effort was made to keep the original details and stay true to the source material with the few references that were available at the time.
